Summer Menu Rolls Out This Weekend!

Strongsville/Hudson/Westlake — Saturday June 8th, 2024 — Rosewood Grill continues to elevate experiences and change with the seasons. Their new Summer Menu rolls out this weekend featuring several new items that look, feel and taste like Summer!

“As a Chef it’s really satisfying to create new dishes and stay seasonal as well.” said Scot Thielman, Corporate Chef for Rosewood Grill. “These are a handful of items we’ve had success with in the past like the Smoked Baby Back Ribs and the Walleye Tacos, with the addition of a brand-new Watermelon Salad that’s light & fresh as well as the Twin Filet Medallions that we’ve had on & off and guests really love them in the Summer.”

Not only do they have the new Summer Menu specials, but they also have a new Wednesday feature, the “Picnic Chicken & Ribs” for those that are looking for a great value and a little fun with dinner without the hassle of smoking ribs and cooking on a weeknight.

“The Watermelon Salad is refreshing, the new Walleye is really good, and the Ribs are selling out right now, guests love them.” said Sharon Vuraich, General Manager of the Rosewood Grill in Hudson. She goes on to say, “I highly recommend you get the new Strawberry Shortcake dessert; we tried it last night and it was fabulous”.

All three Rosewood Grills have gone through a remodel from small scale touch ups to adding new patio covers to a complete renovation in Strongsville. “This business is meant to be fun, oddly enough, we take that seriously.” says Chris Kneeland, Managing Partner for Rosewood Grill. He goes on to say, “We know our customers as more family and regulars that we see two, three times a week so when we have new menus and new items we really love going up and getting their feedback, it’s like hosting a dinner at your house every night.”

Rosewood Grill was opened in August of 2012 and is part of Hospitality Restaurants, a locally owned and operated restaurant group. They also operate the Cabin Club (Westlake), Salmon Dave’s (Rocky River), Delmonico’s (Independence), Blue Point Grille & Thirsty Parrot (Downtown Cleveland), Kingfish (Copley) , and all three Rosewood Grills in Strongsville, Hudson and Westlake.
