Our History & Philosophy
Hospitality Restaurants was born in the summer of ’91, when three college friends with a shared passion for hospitality recognized a need in the Cleveland market. They believed that running a restaurant should be about more than just serving quality food and beverage - it should be focused on their guests’ experience and cultivating a culture of passionate service. Simply put, they wanted to grow a restaurant group centered around the core principle that people are at the heart of everything they do.
It all started by renovating an abandoned log cabin to create a top-flight steakhouse, Cabin Club, and the groundswell of popularity quickly grew amongst the loyal patrons. Today, Hospitality Restaurants offers nine unique restaurants and proudly boasts nearly 500 enthusiastic and loyal staff members in the Northeast Ohio community.
Together, we’re dedicated to continuously striving to strengthen the relationship with our guests. At the end of the day, making people happy makes us happy. It’s as simple as that.

Giving Back
Our servant leadership carries through outside of our restaurants, into the communities we serve. We strive to create and donate resources to numerous community projects each and every year, as well as continually support local community efforts in various ways.
