Restaurant Spotlight: Delmonico's Steakhouse
Delmonico’s Steakhouse, the preeminent choice for business meals and special occasions!
Hospitality Restaurants celebrates 30 years in Northeast Ohio. With eight award-winning restaurants stretching between Westlake to Hudson, suburban Akron to downtown Cleveland, the “HR” team now marches into its fourth decade of providing an upscale dining experience to its loyal patrons. Company founders and lifelong best friends, Kay Ameen and George Schindler, made short work of deciding how to best commemorate the organizations’ success. Says Schindler, “We are so grateful for the support that the communities we serve have given us over the years. As we humbly look back on our success, we wanted to do something especially meaningful and knew that there was no better way to celebrate than to give back.” That said, January’s 30th Anniversary celebration will be highlighted by the company donating $1,000 for 30 days to 30 charities.
Conveniently located in the center of Northeast Ohio, Delmonico’s Steakhouse, is the preeminent choice for business meals and special occasions. In our third decade of pleasing the area’s most discriminating diners, our impeccable reputation has been earned by serving only the highest quality aged Certified Angus Beef. With a menu featuring Prime Steaks, Fresh Seafood and Italian Classics, Delmonico’s is the restaurant Clevelanders count on to make a lasting impression.
Manager, Karen Ciccarelli
Karen Ciccarelli began her role at Delmonico’s shortly after the restaurant opened its doors. Over the years, she has truly become the face of the restaurant. Whether Karen is booking reservations for business meetings or special occasions, her attention to detail and guest-centric approach has earned the trust of loyal guests throughout the years. Her warm smile and welcoming charm at the front desk sets the stage for the genuine hospitality Delmonico’s has become known for.
Executive Chef, Joseph Staufer
Joe Staufer learned the value of discipline during his time in the Ohio National Guard. Like every great chef, he applies that in his approach every day. Chef Joe's culinary career began in a local steakhouse kitchen in the 1990’s and in short time was promoted to managing the entire restaurant. With a hunger to expand his culinary knowledge, Joe moved on to accept positions at some of the area’s more prestigious kitchens, including Giovanni's Ristorante and Sergio's in University Circle where his passion for Mediterranean cuisine grew. Those early experiences make him a natural in Delmonico’s kitchen, with a menu of traditional steakhouse fare and classic Italian cuisine.
