Jeff Hartzell, General Manager

Jeff Hartzell began his career with HR opening Salmon Dave’s as the lead bartender in 1993.  As a former college baseball player, it seems only natural that he has become HR’s ultimate “Utility Player”, serving as a manager in the off-season at every one of our eight restaurant properties.  Once MLB baseball is underway, Jeff leads the Parrot team and has been the General Manager for more than ten seasons.  His love of baseball and hospitality is evident with a never-ending smile and gregarious personality,

Aaron Hutchinson, Chef

Aaron Hutchinson directs the kitchen’s daily lunch operation at Delmonico’s Steakhouse. Once the crack of the bat signals baseball season is underway at Progressive Field, he takes on Extra-Inning duties running the kitchen at Thirsty Parrot as well. His experience with Delmonico’s extremely busy pace and consistent large party events make him “The Natural” for running the kitchen at Cleveland’s ultimate summer-time destination.
