30 Years of Hospitality Restaurants

December 1991 seems like a lifetime ago.  Rolling the bones on opening a 60 seat steakhouse in an abandoned log cabin 30 years ago seemed like the ultimate leap of faith at the time.  Little did we know back then what it would ultimately lead to.  We had big hopes and bigger dreams, but to say that we thought Hospitality Restaurants would be what it is today is an incredible understatement.  The responsibility of having more than 300 employees and their families counting on us to make wise decisions has kept us up many nights, but it has truly been an honor every step of the way to provide careers for many and a consistent paycheck for all.

As Hospitality Restaurants now marches into the fourth decade of providing upscale dining to our patrons, we only continue to do so because of the hard work and dedication our key people brought to the table, fighting through the “Covid Experience”.  Surviving the last few years has been the greatest challenge of our company’s 30 years.  Thanks to the unwavering support of many, HR is stronger than ever and we look forward to future growth in the coming years.

We weren’t certain what to expect once we announced our plans to celebrate our 30 year anniversary plans last month by donating $1,00 per day to 30 local charities.  The positive responses we’ve heard from our loyal patrons has been touching to say the very least.  The gratitude received from the charitable organizations has been truly heartwarming.

Thank you so much for considering The Carson Higgins Memorial Foundation for this incredible Giving Program! This is amazing that Hospitality Restaurants’ is giving for their 30-year anniversary to 30 charities for 30 days. We are honored to be selected and will share this amazing act of kindness to all our followers.

Your contribution will certainly help many families, seniors, children and those who are home bound. ! I have estimated the number of people that your $1,000 donation will serve. Approximately 175-200 people will be served by the Cleveland Kosher Food Pantry as a direct result of your donation! Again, this includes families, children, seniors and those who are home bound. On behalf of those we serve, thank you for your generosity and supporting those in need!

Your generous donation of $1,000 will cover the total cost for 10 kiddos to get custom Nike or Converse shoes and swag bags full of our Road to Recovery Essentials: a Project Outrun t-shirt, a pair of Project Outrun socks, a finish line, and a finisher’s medal! So thank you so much for helping us join these families in the fight against pediatric cancer by saying “I’m not sick but my shoes are!
