Kurtis Hesler, General Manager & Nathan Steinbaugh, Executive Chef

Kurtis Hesler, General Manager

Kurtis Helser lives and breathes hospitality. His career began with extensive experience at fine-dining outposts like Moretti's in Columbus, Johnny's Downtown and Pier W, he came on board with HR in 2007 and has worked in numerous properties. Kurtis directed the show at Cabin Club for a decade before taking on his current role at Rosewood Grill. Kurtis brings a sense of uncompromising professionalism to the restaurant that is truly unique. Beyond his passion for the hospitality industry, he is a dedicated husband to his wife Marti and father to two teenage girls, Ann and Kate.​

Nathan Steinbaugh, Executive Chef

Executive Chef, Nathan Steinbaugh, hails from Buffalo New York.  After graduation from culinary school, he relocated to Cleveland gaining experience at numerous restaurants.  Once he landed at Rosewood Grill in Hudson, he knew he had found a home and has never looked back.  Nate’s passion for culinary shows is displayed in his daily specials.  Like most successful chefs, he spends time away from work experimenting in his kitchen at home, with smoking, canning and testing new recipes.
